MINNA SUONIEMI

 

Minna Suoniemi (b. 1972) is a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Helsinki and the University of Art and Design in Helsinki. She has actively worked as visual artist since 1996. Since 2005 she is a senior lecturer in Fine Arts at the Tampere University of Applied Sciences. Suoniemi lives and works in Helsinki and Tampere.

The Artist Association of Finland has granted Minna Suoniemi the Palokärki Price 2012 from her piece Little Red Riding Hood and Wolf
